Status Assessment

This service provides an in-depth analysis of your current IT environment. We start with a business-centric perspective, understanding the business model and the strategic direction of the company. From there we gather a holistic view of the technology stack and the staffing levels and skills mix within the technology team, then supplement that view by talking to other departments to identify their current relationship with information technology and potential opportunities for additional technology integration. We complete the analysis with recommendations for maximizing the strategic value of information technology within your company based on your current state and your specific business environment.

Team Coaching

For small businesses with one- or two-person IT teams, it can be challenging to develop the necessary expertise to coach and mentor the technology staff. We can partner with the team's supervisor to help the staff level up technically, freeing the supervisor to focus on managing the team's performance. This investment in the team's individual growth pays dividends in employee engagement and retention.

Hiring Assistance

Evaluating technical candidates can be difficult for small businesses, especially when you don't have an existing technical team. We can work with you throughout the hiring process, from writing the job description through screening resumés and technical interviews all the way to helping you design the job offer.

Project Management

If you identify a need for an information technology project, but don't have the staff expertise or availability to see it through to completion, we can provide project management services. We can help with every step from requirements analysis through building a project plan to supervising the project's execution.

Advisory Services
